Surfacing must be approved by the Director of <br />Community Development <br /> <br />2) Parking surface must be set back 25' from the front property line <br />(South 7th Street) and 10' from the exterior side property line <br />(West "G" Street) as per Section 10-607(5) of Ordinance No. 1501. <br />
