<br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City of La Porte <br />Established 1892 <br /> <br />September 25, 2000 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor Norman Malone and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Malone: <br /> <br />The La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, during a regular meeting on <br />September 21, 2000, held a public hearing to consider approval of a General <br />Plan for 107::t: acre tract out of the W. P. Harris Survey, A-30, and Special <br />Conditional Use Permit #SCUOO-001. The request, submitted by Mr. Edward <br />Dutko, General Partner, Forest Holdings, Ltd., seeks approval of the General <br />Plan and a permit for Phase One (16.02 acres) of multi-family development, to be <br />known as Park Forest Apartments. The property is located at the southeast <br />corner of State Highway 146 and McCabe Road.
