<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS <br /> <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of Section 211.006 of the Texas Local Government Code <br />and Section 106-302 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Porte, notice is hereby given that <br />the La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. on the <br />16th day of December, 1999, in,the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 604 West Fainnont <br />Parkway, La Porte, Texas. The purpose of this hearing is to Consider rezone request #R. 99-004, <br />which has been requested for a 0.512 acre tract or parcel of land, more 01: less, out of the W. P. <br />Hanis Swvey, Abstract No. 30, and the L. T. Moody 14.484 acre tract out of the 200 acre W. W. <br />Ralston tract, Hams County, Texas. The said property, tracts lA & 2A Block A Moody Lloyd T., <br />is located along Sunrise Drive. Mr. Charles Whittenton, authorized representative for the property <br />owner, Bernice Polly Whittenton, is seeking this request for the development of a single-family <br />dwelling. <br />On the recommendation of staff, the following properties will also be looked at as 'a <br />comprehensive rezoning of the. area. <br /> <br />Moody Lloyd, T U/R: <br />Abstract 30, W. P. Harris: <br />Sunrise TIH, Sunrise Dr.: <br />Bay Colony Condo: <br />(Bay Colony Drive) . <br /> <br />Lots 3, 4, & 5 Blk A, Tracts IB & 2B' Blk A, Lots 1,2,3,4,5 Blk B. . <br />TR l3C.l, 13C-2, & 13C-3 <br />Unit 1-25, Bldg. I, II, & ill <br />Units A-L Bldgs.
