<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of La Porte <br />Established 1892 <br /> <br />March 4, 1999 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor Norman Malone and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Malone: <br /> <br />The La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, during a special called meeting <br />on March 3, 1999, considered a request by La Porte 81, Ltd., La Porte 82, Ltd., <br />La Porte 115, Ltd., by Stuart Haynsworth, General Partner, and Daetwyler <br />Enterprises, Corp. for a Special Conditional Use Permit. If approved, Special <br />Conditional Use Permit #SCU98-001 will allow development of Phase I of a <br />pelletized plastics storage, sales and distribution facility. This phase of the <br />development will be a rail oriented warehouse facility capable of handling <br />products by rail and truck.
