The request, submitted by Robert C. <br />Boncosky, the owner's agent, seeks to rezone a portion of Blocks 1203 and 1204; Town of La <br />Porte, now known as Tract lK, Johnson Hunter, Abst. 35, and a portion of Tract 37 A & 378, <br />George B. McKinstry, Abst. 47. The property in question is further described as being located <br />in the 1700 Block of South 16th Street, La Porte, Texas.
