<br />. . <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS ) <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS ) <br />CITY OF LA PORTE ) <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 1501, the City <br />of La Porte Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given that the La <br />Porte Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing <br />at 6:00 P.K. on the 11th day of April, 1996, in the Council <br />Chambers of the city Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, <br />Texas. The purpose of this hearing is to consider request R96-002 <br />which has been reque~ted for Tract 12 A, a 4.0490 acre tract out of <br />the W. B. Root and W. M. Jones Surveys, Abstract A-482. The <br />property in question is more particularly described as being <br />located at 8902 Spencer Highway.
