<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of La Porte <br />Establisl1ecl1892 <br /> <br />April 16, 1996 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor Norman Malone and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br /> <br />Re: Rezoning Request #R96-002 <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Malone: <br /> <br />The La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, during its April 11, 1996, meeting, held a <br />public hearing to consider Rezoning Request #R96-002. The request, submitted by Larry <br />Womack, of the Heritage Group, seeks to rezone a 4.049 acre tract out of the W.B. <br />RootIWilliam M. Jones Survey. The tract in question is part of the Pecan Plantation Mobile <br />Home Park and is currently zoned Manufactured Housing (MH). The applicant is requesting <br />a rezoning to General Commercial (GC).
