<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ordinance 1501-N, Page 4 <br /> <br />Section' 12. Article X, Section 10-300 (5) of the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of La Porte relating to "Large Lot <br />Residential accessory buildings" is hereby amended to provide <br />accessory buildings with a floor area in excess of 1000 square <br />feet must be located at least 30' from any property line and 30' <br />behind the rear of the primary structure, as more particularly <br />set forth in boldface type on Page 78 of the "Planning and Zoning <br />Commission Recommendations, 1991 Annual Review, Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 1501", which is attached hereto and is fully incorporated by <br />reference herein. <br />Section 13. Article X, Section 10-304 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of La Porte is hereby amended by deleting <br />reference to a specific edition of the Southern Building Code <br />Congress International Standard Swimming Pool Code, and replacing <br />it with a general reference to the currently adopted edition of <br />the Standard Swimming Pool Code, as more particularly set forth <br />in boldface type on Page 80 of Exhibit "0" of the "Planning and <br />Zoning Commission Recommendations, 1991 Annual Review, Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 1501", which is attached hereto and is fully <br />incorporated by reference herein. <br />Section 14. A new section, Article X, Section 10-401 <br />(4) has been added to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of La <br />Porte, entitled "Front and Side-Yard Carports", providing for <br />front and side-yard carports, according to the restrictions <br />placed in said Section 10-401 (4), as more particularly set forth <br />in boldface type on Page 81 of Exhibit "D" of the "Planning and <br />Zoning Commission Recommendations, 1991 Annual Review, Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 1501", which is attached hereto and is fully <br />incorporated by reference herein. <br />
