<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1401, Page 2. <br /> <br />(d) Any person keeping a wild animal <br />within the city limits shall register the <br />same with the Chief of Police within seven <br />(7) days of bringing such wild animal within <br />the city limits. Registration information <br />shall include name, street address, and <br />telephone number of the person keeping the <br />wild animal; the kind of animal; type of <br />quarters or cage; and location of quarters <br />or cage on the person's premises. <br /> <br />Section 2. Any person, as defined in Section 1.07(27), <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Texas Penal Code, who shall violate any provision of the <br /> <br />ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br /> <br />conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred <br /> <br />Dollars ($200.00). <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council officially finds, determines, <br /> <br />recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the <br /> <br />date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City <br /> <br />Council was posted at a place convenient to the public at the <br /> <br />Ci ty Hall of the City for the time required by law preceding <br /> <br />this meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Law, Article <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and that this <br /> <br />meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all <br /> <br />times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof <br /> <br />has been discussed, considered and formally acted upon. The <br /> <br />City Council further ratifies, approves and confirms such <br /> <br />written notice and the contents and posting thereof. <br /> <br />Section 4. If any section, sentence, phrase, clause, or <br /> <br />any part of any section, sentence, phrase, or clause, of this <br /> <br />ordinance shall, for any reason, be held invalid, such invalidity <br /> <br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance, and <br />~ it is hereby declared to be the intention of this City Council <br /> <br />.> <br /> <br />to have passed each section, sentence, phrase or clause, or <br />
