<br />to hereafter read as follows, to-wit:

<br />stand, or park a trailer, semi-trailerv pole

<br />attached or unattached to a motor vehicLe, on
<br />the public streets of the City for a perlod of
<br />time in excess of four (4) hours, or during any
<br />nighttime (as defined herein) hourson
