ORDINANCE NO. 1317-A
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1317, PASSED AND APPROVED
MAY 5, 1982; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE:
Section 1. Ordinance No. l317, passed and approved by' the
City Council of the City of La Porte on May 5, 1982, is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after
its passage and approval.
