ORDINANCE NO. 1301
AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING John Rivard TO THE UNEXPIRED
TERM OF ANDY WI LSON, ON THE CI'ry OF LA PORTE ZONING BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of La Porte
hereby appoints
John Rivard
to the unexpired
term of Andy Wilson, who has resigned, on the City of La Porte
~
Zoning Board of Adjustment, for the term expiring April 30, 1983,
and until his successor shall have been duly appointed and
qualified.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such con-
flict only.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective from and
after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this the 3rd day of March, 1982.
