Cliff Hyde shall pay the City a sum equal to thirty <br />percent (30$) of the gross revenues obtained from rental of tie-down <br />spaces, provided, however; Cliff Hyde Flying Service, Inc. shall <br />guarantee the City a yearly rental of not less than one hundred <br />forty-four dollars.($144.00), multiplied by the twenty-four (24) <br />tie-downs leased. Rental fo~ the twenty-four (24) tie-downs shall be <br />paid monthly, in a sum equal to one twelfth (1/12) of the annual rental <br />d~e, in advance, on the first C1$t) day of each and every month. <br /> <br />This agreement will be effective beginning December 1, 1988, and will <br />continue in effect until cancelled by either party, provided that <br />fifteen (15) days written notice is given, or until superseded by a <br />formal lease agreement or. amendment to the current lease.
