Attached are five certified copies of Resolution No. 67-73,
passed by the City Council on December 20, 1967, granting consent
to the addition of 144.1014 acres of land, more or less, out of
the William M. Jones Survey, Harris County, Texas, which tract of
land is to become a part of College View Municipal Utility District,
to the creation of which the City heretofore gave its consent by
Resolution No. 67-24, passed by the City Council on March 8, 1967.
These certified copies of resolution are sent to you for your
information and file.

No. 61-24, pas.ed by the City Council on March 8, 1967, granted the City's
