BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED THAT THE CITY OF LA PORTE,
TEXAS,
upon presentation of a copy of the Petition to the
Commissioners Court of Harris County, Texas by D. L.
Hunt, et al to abandon certain streets, roads and
al leyways in the Johnson Hunter League and Wi l l iam
P. Harris Survey in Harris County, Texas, a copy of
which Petition, together with a copy of the Notice
of Hearing thereon, is attached hereto marked "Exhibit
An and incorporated herein by reference for a more
particuLar description of said streets, roads and
alLeyways and for all other purposes, hereby deter-
mines that the City of La Porte has no plans for the
development of the area which would be adversely
affected by such abandonment and consents to such
abandonment without further notice to, or action by
the City of La Porte.
