barns, said sie ewalks or culverts shall he repl~eed 01" repai red un-
der the supervision of the 'T'own ~,treet Coml'lissioner, at the expense
of the house c- harn moving contractors.
That sain. contractors are first required to have written per-
mi ts f?O!'l1 the "'own floun~il to use street's or alleys, s,nn to cross
sidewalks or culverts with said houses or barns."
Any violation of ~ection 2 of OrdinAnce 00 as amended wi)l~he
SUbject to R fine not lesR than ~lO.OO nor more than ~~5.00 for
each offense.
