SQction One. That an election be, and the same is hereby order-
ed to determine whether the City Council of tho City of ]',a Porte,
shall sell and cause to be conveyed, for a consideration of Twe-
Hundred ,.#/Hf$200.00)Dollars, and to such purchaser or purchasers
as shall desire to purchase tho same, all the parts of Grand-view
Avenue described as follows, to witi-
All that part of Grand-view Avenue lying betweon Block 36 of
Beach Park annex to the Town of J:'a Porte, and the St Mary's Semin-
ary tract, the sameto have for its Northern houndary ti~ a lino
drawn from the North-east corner of said Block 36, at right angles
with, and across said Grand-view Avenue, to said St Mary'S Seminary
tract;for its Southern boundary, a line drawn from the South-east
corner of said Block 36 of Beach Park Annex, at right angles with,
and across said Grand-vieVl Avenue to the said St 1~ary' s ~eminary
tracti and for its Eastern and Western boundaries, the Eastern and
Western lines 01 said Granaview Avenue, within said limits.
Section Two: ~aid election shall be held on Thursday, the 3rd
4ay of February 1916, and in accordance with the general election
(1'1 1aws of the State, as applied to Cities, and notice thereof shall
\. , be given by the 1'~ayor at least Thirty (30) days prior thereto.

, Section Three: The form of the ballot for such election shall
be:- "~or the sale of that part of Grand-view Avenue lying between

Mary'S Seminary grounds:" and "Against the sale of that part of
Grand-view Avenue lying between Bloclc 36, of Beach Park annex to
the Town of J~ Porte, and St Mary's Seminary grounds."
