Be it ordaine4 by the City Council of La porte, Texas,
that it shall be unlawful for any person to molest,
or tamper with any of the Fixtures of City water lines,
or any appertainenanoes of same, unless he be duly
authorized by the City Council of La porte, Texas.

Any per~on Tiolating this Ord1na~ce shall be subject
on cODTiotion of same to a fine of not less than
$5.00 or more than $25.00 for each offence.
