BE IT ORDAU'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORT3, TEXAS:
Seotion 1 - That the City Council of the Ci~ of La Porte ~hall act
as the Board of Equalization of City Ad Valorem taxes for the year 1938.
Section 2 - That the City Council shall hold its first meeting as such

Section 3 - The City Secretary shall act as the Secretary of such
