Section 'i. It shall be unlawful ,cOl.' any person, .firm or

the U i ty of La Porte, Te.xas, any trash, paper, clirt, garbage, refuse
or other waste matter.
Section 2. All persons occupying prem.ises within the
city limits of the City of La Porte, Te~as shall place all waste
matter, tl'3.s,h, refuse, papers €tlvl <lirt lnt" a closed receptacle so
that same may hot be blown about or ~cattered, and said receptacle

Seotion 3. Any person violating any of the provl~ions

Seotion 4. An emergency exists constituting an impera-
tive public necessIty that the rule requh'in.g ordinances to be read.
at three several meetings be suspended and that this ordinance be
passed ffnally on its first reading and that this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval
a.nd publication, and it i.a so ordained.
