SECTION 1. 'l'hat Ordinance No. ))8, am more particular17 Section Five,
ot the City of La Porte, 'lexas, insotar as it preta1ns to a tap charge
or connection tee where such connection is a new connection to the Cit1'
water line, be amended and it is hereby' a.memed to read as tollows:
Here af'te r, each and every consumer, inside the corporate limits ot the
City of La Porte shall pay to the City, with their respective applications,
a tap charge or connection fee in the sum ot 'rvrenty'-tive Dollars ($25.00)
where sach connection is a new connection to the citY' water lines; each
aDi every conswner outside the corporate limits ot the C11i7 shall, in such
instance s, pq to the City the sum ot Thirty-five Dollars ($)5.00 J as a
tap charge or connection tee.
SECTION 2. 'rhat all portions ot Ordinance No. )38 ot the CitY' ot La. Porte,
in conflict with the provisions ot this Ordinance are hereb7 express17
repealed apon the effective date ot this Ordinameo '

water line, be amended and it is hereby' amended to read as tollows:

tap charge or connection tee.

repealed upon the etfective date ot this Ordiname. .
