i:by adding thereto Section 6a} which Section shall read as follows;

1; For any montb during which the water meter located Af the premises
I of any consumer of water furnished by the City of La Porte, Texas}
I' is not operating~ such consumer's water bill for such month shall
be an amount equal to the average monthly water bill of such con-
il sumer for the six months immediately preceding the month during

Section 1. Ordinance No. 338 of the City of La Porte is hereby amended1,

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
: after its passage and publication as required by law.
