The Elect~lcal Board of the City of La Port~ <br />Shall not is~ue a Master Electrician's License (as rsquired by Or- <br />dinance No. 363 passed by the Board of Ccnmissioners of ths City <br />of La Porte September 14, 1948) to any person until the applicant <br />therefor shall first deposit with the City Cle~k m bend in the mum <br />ot One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) with two or more good and suf= <br />f1cient sure~ies or ~ith a corporate surety authoriz$d to do busi~ <br />ness in Texas, to be approved by the Board of Commi~~ioners of the <br />Oity of La Porte~ payable to the Oity of La Porte, conditioned <br />that the Lic~nsee will obey all Ordinances regulating a13ctrical <br />work in the City ot La Porte and ~ill hold the City of La Port0 <br />harmless trOD all damaged that may accrue by reason ot any elec~ <br />trical ~ork I~rtormed by Licensee. <br />Section 2.
