Section 'Omu That Section two (2) of the plumbing code
adopted b.Y Ordinance No. 382 of the City of La Porte insofar as it
pertains to permit and. inspection fees be amend.ed and it is hereby
amended to read as follows: $1.00 per plumb~ f'1xt~ up to am in-
cluding five f'ixtures, with a minimwn of $1.00; tor all over f'iw fixtures
an sdditiona;J. $.50 per fixture shall be added.

Section Two: 'l'bat Section nine (9) ot the Ordinance re-

gulating house gas piping etc. of' the. City of' Houston, approved December 10,
19.30 and adopted by Ordinance No. 382 ot the City of' La Porte, insofar as
it pertains to inspection and permit f'ees, be amended am it is hereby
amended to read as follows: 1.30 per opening up to and including six ge-f"
openings, with a minim1.tm of' 11.00; seven gas openings $2.,00; f'or all owr
seven gas openings, an additional 1.20 per opening shall be added.

dection Four: That all portions of' Ordinance No. 382 ot the
City of' La Porte, in contlic~ with the provisions ot this Ordinance are
hereby expressly repealed upon the effective da~ of this Ordinance.
