It <br /> <br />SECTION TWO: <br /> <br />All Ordinances~ or parts thereof in conflict with this amend- <br /> <br />ment are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict only. <br /> <br />SECTION THRE,E. <br /> <br />This Ordinance having the effect of reducing the fees required <br />by the original Ordinance, the City Clerk of the City of La Porte is instructed <br /> <br />that a necessity does not exist for publishing the title of this Ordinance <br /> <br />in accordance with Section 25 of the City Charter. <br />PASSED, this the / Sf day of ~ a,.,e..(" <br /> <br />A.
