AN ORDINANCE FIXING 8.00 O'CLOCK P. :M. ON THE NIGHT OF THE 17th DAY
OF AUGUST, 1951, AS THE TnaE OF THE FmST MEETING OF THE BOARD OF
EQUALIZAT ION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE:
SECTION ONE: That the Board of Equalization~ duly appointed by the
City Commiss ion of the City ot La Porte on the 16th day of August, 1951,
and consisting of Roy Shipp, Charles F. Norris and Neal Moore, shall
hold its first meeting in the City Hall of the City of La Porte, Texas,
at 8:00 0' olock: P. M. on the night of the 17th d~ at August 1951.
PASSED, this 16th day of August, A. D., 1951, an first and final reading,
by a vote of..1...AYES AND-9- NOES. APPRCNED by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk on said date.
