That for the purpose of providing a budget for the fiscal year be- <br /> <br />ginning Ju4r 1, 1952 and ending June 30, 1953, the sum set forth below be, and the <br /> <br />same are hereby appropriated for the mainbenanoe, operation and improvements of the <br /> <br />gover:nment of the City of La Porte, and the same shall be strictly applied for the <br /> <br />serveral purpos es a.nd in the respective amounts hereiIJafter speoified. <br /> <br />Section 2.
