Section 1. He reaf'ter, it shall be unlawf'ul for any person
to damage, break the glass, jam the mechanism, disassemble or :in any
manner interfere with the normal operation of' any city water mater within
the City of La Porte, or owned by the City of' La Porte, where water is
furnished by the City of La Porte to a customer.
Section 2. Any per~on violating any of' the provisions of'
, ,
this ordinance shall be deeDBd guilty of' a misdemanor, ani upon conviction
shall be f'ined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), or by imprisonment not exceeding six months,
or by both such fine and imprisonment.
