BE m ORDAINED BY THE C~Y COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE:

Section 1. It shall be unlaw.tUI. for ~ persons, firm or corpor-
ation to maintain or allow the exLstEllce of any ~anitarY' conditions within
the city limLts of the CitY' of La Porte, Texas, for any purpose whatsoevet",
where live stock, pow. tr.r, 'or rabbits are kept, and it :Is hereby declared to
be a violation or this ordmance for any peroon, firm, or corporation to
keep, or cause to be kept, for any purpose whatsoever, any live stOCk, poultry,
ar rabbits, within the City' limits of the City of La Porte, Texas, without
remavlng the ~nimA) and other waste from the premises where such animals are

Section 2. Any person, :f'irm or carporation violatmg the provisions
