()li' INTENTION TO, ~SUE TIME WAlUWfl'S ' WHEREAS , it is nece8~ary to make certain improvements in certain streets in the City whic'h ~re in bad need of repair and , I the City does not have on hand sufficient funds to pay the costs of said improvements and this City Commission is ot the opinion that I said costs should lle paid J?1 the issuance ot time warrants ot the I I I City ot La Porte" Texas; THEREFORE I . ,. ..-..........
