the executio~of suc~ lease was duly authtirized and approved by the
City: Council Qf La P~ite, by Ordinance NO. 330, nn the 10th day of

with: the, terms- of: said lease, the Lessees assigned such lease to Hou-

new hangar to be located between Spenc~r Highway and the large exist-
