AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TWO (2) REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS OF THE CITY COMMIS-
SION, FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR SUCH MEETINGS,, AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL
MEETINGS.
'BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of La Porte shall hold

be held at four-thirty o'clock (4:30) P. M, on the first Friday of each calendar
month, the second such regular monthly meeting shall be held at four-thirty
;o'clock (4:30) P. M, on the third Friday of each calendar month.
Section 2. The Mayor or two (2) Commissioners may call as many
•
special meetings as may be necessary to attend to the municipal business.
Section 3. All regular meetings and all special meetings of the
City Commission shall be held at the City Hall, in the City of La Porte.
Section 4. All ordinances and all resolutions and/or parts of ordi-
nances and/or resolutions which are in conflict herewith are hereby expressly
repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
