AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING SERER TAP CHARGES AND SEWER AND PLUMBING INSPECTION FEE
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EX-
TENT OF SUCH CONFLICT,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Each and every person, firm or corporation, hereafter ap-
plying for a connection to the City sewer mains and/or a plumbing permit, shall
pay to the City of La Porte a fee in such amount as specified, as follows:
Each top to a four (4) inch City sewer main - Thirty-Five Dollars
($35.00);
Each tap to a City six (b) inch sewer main - Fifty Dollars ($50.00);
Each sewer inspection - Two and 50/100 Dollars ($2.50);
The minimum plumbing inspection fee shall be One Dollar ($1.00);
The inspection fee for each plumbing fixture shall be One Dollar
($1.00);

The inspection fee for gas installation shall be Three Dollars
($3.00).
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances which are in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
