BE IT ORHAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, THAT: Section 1. Each and every person, firm or corporation, hereafter apply- ing for a connection to the City sewer mains and/or a plumbing permit, shall pay to the City of La Porte a fee in such amount as specified, as follows: Each tap to a City sewer main for a four (4) inch lateral line - Thirty-Five Dollars ($35.00); Each tap to a City sewer main for a six (6) inch lateral line - Fifty Dollars ($50.00); Each sewer inspection - Two and 50/100 Dollars ($2.50); The minimum plumbing inspection fee shall be One Dollar ($1. 00); The inspection fee for each plumbing fixture shall be One Dollar ($1. Texas, and that the Mayor, H. P. Pfeiffer, and the City Clerk, Frank G. Baker, be, and they are rereby, authorized to execute and deliver the check, signature cards, and other papers that may be necessary to make such deposit. AND IT IS SO ORDERED. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~. e e a RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE THAT the Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) on deposit, plus accrued dividends, in the San Jacinto Savings and Loan Association, Houston, Texas, originally de- posited with Prudential Savings and Loan Association under Savings Account No. 710, be withdrawn by the City, and that the Mayor, H. P. Pfeiffer, and the City Clerk, Frank G. Baker, be, and they are rereby, authorized to execute and deliver all necessary withdrawal checks or other instruments necessary to withdraw said funds.
