AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THE ALLEY
LYING WITHIN BLOCK 1111, IN THE TOWN OF LA PORTE.
WHEREAS, the said alleys in Block 1111 have never been
opened or used as a public thoroughfare or for public utilities; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of La Porte has
determined and does hereby find, determine and declare that the said
alleys are not suitable, needed, or beneficial to the public as public alleys,
and should be vacated, abandoned and permanently closed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMlV1ISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, THAT:
All alleys located in Block 1111 of the Town of La Porte, are
hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by the City of La Porte.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
