<br />,e <br /> <br />-" <br /> <br />:. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 665-A <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION EIGHT (8) OF ORDINANCE NO. 665, <br />AN ORDINANCE DEFINING GARBAGE, TRASH, AND REGULATING THE KINDS <br />AND SIZE OF RECEPTACLES IN WHICH TO PLACE SAME, ETC. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, <br />TEXAS, THAT: <br /> <br />Sectionl. The City Commission of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />hereby amends Section 8 of Ordinance 665, which was passed and <br /> <br />approved .on February l, 1963, to hereafter read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 8. Permit Fees for Use of Dump Grounds. <br /> <br />"The following fees shall be assessed and paid to obtain <br /> <br />a permit to deposit trash, waste, garbage or refuse on <br /> <br />the City's dump grounds: <br /> <br />" $0.50 per cubic yard of such trash, waste, <br />"garbage or refuse, provided, however, <br />that there shall be a minimum charge <br />of $0.50 per load, in the event said <br />load comprises less than one full cubic <br />yard." <br /> <br />Section 2.
