<br />
<br />AN ORDINANCE V ACA TING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THE ALLEY
<br />LYING WITHIN BLOCK 1109, IN THE TOWN OF LA PORTE.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the said alley in Block 1109 has never been opened or used
<br />
<br />as a public thoroughfare or for public utilities, and;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of La Porte has determined
<br />
<br />and does hereby find, determine and declare that the said alley is not suit-
<br />
<br />able, needed, or beneficial to the public as a public alley, and should be
<br />
<br />vacated, abandoned and permanently closed;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMlVIlSSION OF
<br />THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, THAT:
<br />
<br />The alley located in Block 1109 of the Town of La Porte, is hereby
<br />
<br />permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by the City of La Porte.
<br />
<br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
<br />
<br />and approval.
<br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the /ye?tday of April, A. D. 1963.
