THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF LA POR TE, TEXAS: <br /> <br />The City Commission of the City.of La Porte, Texas" hereby <br /> <br />approves an,d adopts as maximum charges to residential and small <br /> <br />commercial users for electr,icity,and electric service the ~a~e schedules <br /> <br />Of Houston Li'ghting & Power Company. a public utility doing business <br /> <br />under franchise in the City of La Porte..
