It is the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning
Commission that this rezoning be granted, as its proposed use as a
car marshalling yard is in line with the comprehensive plan and
the proposed new zoning map. A special use permit must also be
granted by the Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustments prior to the
development of the site.
