ORDINANCE NO, 98-1890-B AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 46-5, BONDS AND MINIMUM FINES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, BY REVISING THE SCHEDULE OF MINIMUM FINES FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS FOR THE CITY OF LA PORTE MUNICIPAL COURT; AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTION OF COURT COSTS AS ESTABLISHED BY THE STATE; AUTHORIZING THE PRINTING OF SUCH SCHEDULE OF MINIMUM FINES ON THE REVERSE OF THE VIOLATOR'S COPY OF TRAFFIC CITATIONS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section 1.
