The following rate structure is hereby established <br /> <br />for the provision of emergency medical services by the City of La <br /> <br />Porte Emergency Medical Service. <br /> <br />1. Transportation: <br /> <br />$150.00 + $2.50 per <br />loaded mile <br /> <br />2. Emergency handling: <br />(extrication and Code 2 <br />emergency traffic) <br /> <br />3. Life flightlalternate transport: <br /> <br />25.00 <br /> <br />150.00 + cost of <br />supplies <br /> <br />4.
