In CenterPoint Energy's review it was found that the existing overhead facilities are in an acquired easement. The area in question is from Fainnont Pkwy. to Carlow Ln. adjacent to the west side of Canada Rd. The estimated cost the city is responsible for is $56,500.00. This cost covers all materials, labor, and overheads to relocate our main feeder circuit. This amount will be toward the cost of construction, which is not subject to refund. If this is in accordance with your request, please sign and return this letter to me with the payment in the above stated amount. CenterPoint Energy must receive full payment before the job can be placed on our construction schedule. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 281-425-7317. Thank you.
