THE <br />PURPOSE OF THE REQUEST BY JAKE HARRIS & SONS,.IS FOR <br />SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS FOR LOTS 12-21 AND ADJACENT 16-FOOT <br />WIDE ALLEY OF BLOCK 824, TOWNSHIP OF LA PORTS, <br />OTHERWISE KNOWN AS 632 SOUTH 16TH STREET. THE <br />EXCEPTIONS ARE REQUESTED TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN <br />APPROXIMATELY 8,784 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING ADDITION. THE <br />PRQPOSED ADDITION WOULD HAVE A SIDE SETBACK OF NINE (9) <br />FEET AND WOULD REQUIRE THE ELIMINATION OF EIGHT (8) ON- <br />PREMISE PARKING SPACES.
