<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />: <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-21 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FOR AIRPORT PROJECT NO. <br />3-48-0127-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of La Porte, Texas (termed "Sponsor" <br /> <br />herein), and the Department of Transportation, Federal Avia- <br /> <br />tion Administration (FAA), desire to enter into a certain <br /> <br />Grant Agreement which provides federal participation in an <br /> <br />Airport Master Plan update for the La Porte Municipal Airport; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in response to a request duly filed by Sponsor, <br /> <br />the FAA has prepared said Grant Agreement, a copy of which is <br /> <br />attached, and has submitted it to Sponsor for acceptance and <br /> <br />execution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the interest of Sponsor <br /> <br />and FAA to accept said Grant Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the City Council of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />does hereby accept the provisions of said Grant Agreement for <br /> <br />Project No. 3-48-0127-01, a copy of which Grant Agreement is <br /> <br />attached hereto; and <br /> <br />Section 2.
