<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Porte has found <br />and determined that it is in the public interest to set forth the <br /> <br />actions necessary to maintain the permit requirements contained in <br /> <br />the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit <br /> <br />issued by the Environmental Protection Agency. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF LA PORTE THAT THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS WERE TAKEN BY THE CITY <br /> <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />1. Reviewed the Municipal Pollution Prevention Environmental <br /> <br />Audit Report which is attached to this resolution. <br />2. Set forth the following actions necessary to maintain <br />permit requirements contained in the NPDES Permit number <br /> <br />TX0022799: <br /> <br />a. Provide adequate funding in the annual budget to <br />maintain the treatment facilities and collection <br /> <br />system. <br />b. Provide adequate resources to continue the <br /> <br />Infiltration and Inflow Reduction Program as set <br /> <br />forth in the City of La Porte's response to the EPA <br />Administrative Order Docket No. VI-92-0123. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the 27th day of July, 1992. <br /> <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br /> <br />By: ~l?~~ <br /> <br />Nor an L.
