The above -described residential structure in an "AE" Flood Zone shall have its first floor constructed at least one (1)
foot above the Base Flood Elevation (BFE) as indicated above. The Finished Floor Elevation (FFE) must be
constructed at or above / • V feet (mean sea level, based on the NAVD 1988, 2001 Adjustment).
❑ The above -described non-residential structure in an "AE" Flood Zone shall have its first floor constructed at or
