Call to order <br /> <br />2. Consider approval of July 16, 2009, meeting minutes. <br /> <br />3. Open public hearing to receive citizen input on Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU09-003 <br />for property located at 803 McCabe Road, further described as 5.89 acres of land, TRS 5G & <br />5H, W.P. Harris Survey, Abstract 30; La Porte, Harris County, Texas. Hans van Esch, property <br />owner, seeks approval of a Special Conditional Use Permit to utilize an existing accessory <br />building for consulting inspection services within a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zone. <br /> <br />A. Staff Presentation <br />B. Proponents <br />C. Opponents <br />D. Proponents Rebuttal <br /> <br />4. Close public hearing. <br /> <br />5.
