<br />Drainage and Flooding Committee <br />Meeting Agenda <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Drainage and Flooding Committee of the City Council of the City of La <br />Porte, to be held November 1,2010, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, <br />Texas, beginning at 6:00 p.m. regarding the items of business according to the agenda listed below. <br /> <br />1. Call to order <br /> <br />2. Consider approval of Minutes of the Drainage and Flooding Committee Meeting held on June 28. <br />2010 - M. Gillett <br /> <br />3. Receive presentation on status of Brookglen Detention Pond proiects and provide direction to staff <br />- T. Tietiens <br /> <br />4. Receive presentation on status of various desilting proiects and provide direction to staff - T. <br />Tietiens <br /> <br />5. Receive presentation on Proposed Partnership Proiect List to be submitted to Harris County Flood <br />Control District and provide direction to staff regarding list prioritization - T. Tietiens <br /> <br />6. Receive presentation on Drainage Maintenance Program and provide direction to staff - S. Gillett <br /> <br />7. Committee Comments <br /> <br />A. Matters appearing on agenda <br /> <br />B. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy <br /> <br />8. Executive Session - pursuant to provision of the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Texas Government <br />Code, Sections 551.071 through 551.076, 551.087 (consultation with attorney, deliberation regarding real <br />property, deliberation regarding prospective gift or donation personnel matters, deliberation regarding <br />security devices, or excluding a witness during examination of another witness in an investigation, <br />deliberation regarding economic development negotiations) <br /> <br />9.
