I have met with Mr. Ogden regarding the proposed filtration unit issue for the wash pad.
The site plan should reflect a sand- oil separator with sample well.
Staff does not recommend or require a filtration unit for this application.

cyclone fence. Is fence shown accurately ?
The domestic water line shown appears to be serving proposed landscaping.
All domestic or landscaping water for the proposed office/ warehouses will be
served from S. 16th
Domestic water for each building not shown. Indicate size.
Sanitary sewer for each building not shown . Indicate size. Show sample wells.
Fire protection may be inadequate for this development. A water line extension
may be required for additional fire protection.
( Note: Should an extension be required the domestic and irrigation water can be
served from the "new" water line.
