Staff reviewed the above referenced site plan and found that the following items need to be addressed:
1. Add Engineer or Surveyor's seal /signature on site plan sheets A1.0 & Al.l .
2. Show name of the owner on the site plan.
3. Change scale as 1"=70' is not an engineering scale shown on the site plan.
Add to show legal description as per survey provided — 4.863 acre tract part of a 13.967 acres of land
situated in the Enoch Brinson League Survey, Abstract No. 5, La Porte, Harris County, Texas.
5. Show recently installed fire hydrants at each end of the property along Strang Road.
6. Show dumpster location.
Utilities:
7. Public water and sewer force main are now available to the property.
Need to show on and off -site utilities routing on the site plan. Label existing and proposed line sizes
with number of taps.
9. Show and call out existing 8" water line and easement.
10. Show and call existing 2" sanitary sewer force main and easement.
11. Show and call out nearest fire hydrant(s).
